ACCOMODATION RESERVATION
You can make a reservation by electronic reservation, by phone at +420 797 631 820 or by e-mail at info@domestika.eu. When booking, please state your name and surname, contact details, the name of the apartment, the number of people, the required date of arrival and departure. After your reservation, we will check the availability of the apartment on your chosen date and confirm the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your reservation no later than 14 days before the confirmed arrival date without any penalty. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the guest will pay 100% of the total price of the reservation.

NON-REF CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation at any time after making the reservation, the guest will pay 100% of the total price of the reservation. If the guest does not arrive, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. At any time after the reservation has been made, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation in advance.

PRICE
The price of accommodation is governed by the price list valid on the day of booking confirmation by us. Accommodation prices are final, including final cleaning and energy consumption. The final price includes the recreational and accommodation fee of the city, which is set by the city decree. In the case of ordering additional services that would not be included in the price of accommodation, we will always inform you in advance.

CHECK-IN
On the day of arrival, according to the confirmed reservation, you can check in from 15:00 to 19:oo . We will call you the day before in advance at the telephone number you provided when booking, and we will arrange an arrival date with you. We will be waiting for you directly at the place where we will give you the keys to your apartment, accommodate you and explain everything you need.

CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure, according to the confirmed reservation, please check out from 8:00 to 11:00. In case you need a later check-out, please inform us in advance and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible. Upon departure, we will say goodbye to you on the spot, collect the keys and charge a surcharge for accommodation, or for additional services, if you have ordered them.

Sprava ubytovaní cz, s.r.o with its registered office at Eliášova 761/46, 160 00 Praha 6 – Bubeneč, is the administrator of personal data. Personal data obtained from data subjects (especially from their customers) are processed to the extent by e-mail address, telephone number, or name of the data subject, namely when the data subject writes an e-mail message to the e-mail address of the administrator info@domestika.eu or when the data subject will contact the controller on his telephone number +42797631820. In these cases, the controller processes personal data for the purposes of his legitimate interests. The controller also processes the billing data that are necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party. Finally, the controller may also process personal data in order to fulfill a legal obligation that applies to the controller. The personal data obtained will not be used for any marketing or promotional purposes. The administrator does not store any other personal data. The administrator does not pass on any personal data to third parties. Personal data will not be stored for longer than follows from valid and effective legal regulations, resp. for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The data subject has the right to request from the controller access to his personal data, their correction or deletion, or restrictions on processing, the right to object to the processing of personal data, as well as the right to data portability.
